PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
The Commercial Manager will spearhead business development efforts, from lead generation and nurturing to closing sales. They will be responsible for identifying new client opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and managing the full sales process for staffing, HR consultancy & manpower management services. The ideal candidate should have experience selling these services to multinational clients and possess excellent language skills, including fluency in English and either French, Mandarin or Arabic.

REPORTING LINES:
- The Commercial Manager reports directly to the General Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Group Chief Commercial Officer. This includes direct communication and accountability to the General Manager, with periodic updates and strategic guidance from the Group Chief Commercial Officer.
- Lead the full business development cycle, including lead generation, nurturing prospects and closing deals.
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion, including monitoring lead success rates.
- Assess market trends and the competitiveness of the company's services to recommend strategies for improving market positioning.
- Implement the sales and commercial strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage pricing and commercial arrangements to ensure profitable business transactions.
- Ensure internal alignment for customer proposals and pricing requirements, collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Lead in resolving commercial issues and challenges that arise during business operations.
- Prepare and submit RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and other customer requests to secure new business opportunities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by line management to support overall business objectives.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration (with a focus on marketing), or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in dynamic business environments, with a focus on long and short sales cycles.
- Proven experience in selling HR consultancy, staffing, and manpower management services, particularly to multinational clients is an added advantage.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in client-facing roles and business development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of local and international business environments.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in either French, Chinese or Arabic.
