Our client is looking to hire a property scout who will be required to go out to the field daily and find flats about 1 month to completion for the real estate agency company to prospect for property management.

Key duties & responsibilities
- Route mapping: Targeting Waiyaki way (from Kangemi up to Regen), Eastern bypass (Utawala, Kamakis up to Ruiru), Rongai, Ngong, Thika Road (Thome, Roysambu, Kasarani).
- Scouting for properties within our quality range and taking pictures.
- Establishing the initial contact with the property owners.
- End-of-day reporting with options and pictures.
Skills and qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar position
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Key Competencies and Traits: Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills, and adept at maintaining professionalism.
