Job Role Description
We are looking for a Commercial leader that has managed a team in successful delivery of a project of around $10,000,000 in sectors of agronomy, telecom, manufacturing, retail and construction. Individual must have the ability to driving profitable growth and transforming the business into a client focused high performance learning organization. They will oversee aspects of business administration, project performance and key financial goals of the business.

10 years experience in business development, sales, team, corporate and business operations.

- Meeting the Revenue and Operating Cash flow goals
- Maintaining a team of A-Players (high performance and high potential)
- Maintaining a Net Promoter Score of 70+
- Meet the revenue/sales target.
- Presentation of financial reports and analysis
- Tracking cashflows on a weekly basis – Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
- Self-development man-hours for the team.
- Enhancing the company workplace brand.
- Ensuring right people in the right seats through monthly performance assessments.
- Brand Promise Tracking to build brand equity.
- Client feedback analysis and closing the gap.

- Undergraduate degree in Business Management and respective fields.
