: BD Executive
Reports to: Commercial Manager
Summary of the Role: The position holder will coordinate and execute all entity Business Development/Marketing/Digital Operations, and monitor client service contract execution within the commercial department.

Business Development:
  1. Check & follow up with requests/queries submitted through our platforms and attend to them.
  2. Collect information from different platforms about our services and facilitate preparation of bids.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market opportunities
  4. Prepare client service agreements.
  5. Work closely with the Clients’ management teams to align on the execution of agreements.
  6. Lead the team to conduct periodical client satisfaction surveys and track the implementation of actions.
  7. Document client feedback & testimonials for use on our media platform.
  8. Monitor the validity of client contracts.
  9. Integrate innovative digital solutions for increased efficiency.
  10. Prepare periodic BD reports on entity performance that feeds into the whole Commercial status.
Marketing:
  1. Work with the Group marketing team to develop local content to use on social media platforms.
  2. Ensure up-to-date and well-maintained branding materials.
  3. Monthly marketing performance reviews with periodic reports.
  4. Organize and coordinate events for social media and brand visibility.
  5. Work closely with the Recruitment teams to advertise job vacancies on social media platforms.
GENERAL KPIs:
  1. Compliance and effective documentation of all commercial-related documents
  2. Efficiency from the process of Client meeting to contract signing.
  3. Effective Alignment of the Projects and Commercial departments
  4. Engaged and Satisfied client partners 
  5. Increased brand visibility and strategic profitable partnerships
INDIVIDUAL KEY ATTRIBUTES:
  1. Attention to detail in all processes.
  2. Relevant business degree and Client engagement experience 
  3. Good networking, creative, and innovative skills
  4. Good writing skills and excellent command of computer usage
  5. Strong communication skills, (Fluent in English, Kinyarwanda & Basic in French)
  6. Strong and passionate about digital transformation skills
