Summary of the Role: The position holder will coordinate and execute all entity Business Development/Marketing/Digital Operations, and monitor client service contract execution within the commercial department.

Summary of the Role: The position holder will coordinate and execute all entity Business Development/Marketing/Digital Operations, and monitor client service contract execution within the commercial department.
Business Development:
- Check & follow up with requests/queries submitted through our platforms and attend to them.
- Collect information from different platforms about our services and facilitate preparation of bids.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market opportunities
- Prepare client service agreements.
- Work closely with the Clients’ management teams to align on the execution of agreements.
- Lead the team to conduct periodical client satisfaction surveys and track the implementation of actions.
- Document client feedback & testimonials for use on our media platform.
- Monitor the validity of client contracts.
- Integrate innovative digital solutions for increased efficiency.
- Prepare periodic BD reports on entity performance that feeds into the whole Commercial status.
- Work with the Group marketing team to develop local content to use on social media platforms.
- Ensure up-to-date and well-maintained branding materials.
- Monthly marketing performance reviews with periodic reports.
- Organize and coordinate events for social media and brand visibility.
- Work closely with the Recruitment teams to advertise job vacancies on social media platforms.
- Compliance and effective documentation of all commercial-related documents
- Efficiency from the process of Client meeting to contract signing.
- Effective Alignment of the Projects and Commercial departments
- Engaged and Satisfied client partners
- Increased brand visibility and strategic profitable partnerships
- Attention to detail in all processes.
- Relevant business degree and Client engagement experience
- Good networking, creative, and innovative skills
- Good writing skills and excellent command of computer usage
- Strong communication skills, (Fluent in English, Kinyarwanda & Basic in French)
- Strong and passionate about digital transformation skills
