Descriptions.
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, ensure customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team and business.
We are looking for someone who is seasoned, hardworking, and highly motivated to achieve outstanding results. Your expertise in selling technology solutions and your ability to build strong relationships with senior executives will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Support with solution selling into prospect account base.
    • Plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in sales cycles.
    • Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
    • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
    • Manage all technical aspects of RFQ responses.
    • Collect and document competitive intelligence.
    • Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer.
  • Proven track record selling enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in oil & gas and mining industry, gas detection, health & safety, and/or environmental monitoring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (suitable)
ADDED ADVANTAGE
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
