Key responsibilities:
- Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
- Supervise and support account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
- Generate innovative digital ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
- Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Be the leader which helps to keep the team motivated & helps them grow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any other related field.
- 5 to 7 years in marketing & digital, agency background preferred
- Professional certifications: CPA or ACCA is an added advantage
- Someone with likes taking charge & getting things done with the right mindset to join the team.
