Position: Sales and Marketing Engineer
Main purpose of the position:
- Influence a community of Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Contracting Community and Key End-users.
- Identify All steel structure Supplier/contractors/Design
- Drive local adaptation of cold formed structures based on local context and design considerations to optimize on cost vs conventional building technologies.
- Make a Platform to showcase latest innovations, products, technologies, and projects in steel structure to a global audience.
- Targeted precision to drive SAFBUILD BRAND awareness and engagement effectively
- To drive trust within the built environment professionals to specify and recommend our brands
- Ensure delivery of monthly targets.
- Track enquiry,
- Build and maintain key relationship with Architects, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Contractors and end-users.
- Identify the various roofing requirements of the customers and propose roofing structure solutions including Ultra-span; Frame-card and Steel trusses
- Share Weekly and monthly report.
- Minimum academic qualification: in A1-A0 Engineering – Sales and Marketing
- Qualifications as an added advantage: Bachelor degree in sales and Marketing
- Professional registration: Affiliation to technical bodies in the Building Materials Industry
- General work experience (years): 3-5 years
- Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): 3 years
- Industry: Engineering; Sales and Marketing.
- A routine visit on Umucyo website and list down related tender and prepare.
- Liaise with Procurement entity and Managers in the Region.
