On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Auto Sales Executive to work in Nairobi, Kenya.
Job Summary
The Auto Sales Executive aims to maximize profits through creating, increasing and maintaining the client’s car brands sales.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Maps markets and identifies customers/ segments for the client brands.
- Develops corporate and retail customers; monitors key activities leading to overall increase in customer satisfaction index in the clients’ brands.
- Develops and executes promotional requirements for the client car brands
- Creates the client car brands awareness in the market.
- Follows up customers through mails and phone contacts, physical visits to achieve set sales targets..
- Penetrates new markets and business opportunities for the brand.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and comfort with the product.
- Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles
- Attends trade exhibitions, conferences and submits reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications and experience
- A degree/Diploma in any business-related course.
- Proven car sales experience and passion for sales.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Presentable, Focused and confident.
