On behalf of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Telesales Associate.
Job Purpose:
  • Driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • On boarding and client retention.
  • Building strong connection and communication with healthcare providers,
            Organizations, and clients.
Reporting: Regional Manager
Job Location: Dar-es-Salaam
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inbound Sales
  • Handle incoming calls from potential customers interested in purchasing.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and answer any inquiries regarding the products and services offered.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Outbound Sales
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote products.
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to potential customers and introduce them to the company's offerings.
  • Use persuasive communication techniques to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a database of leads, update customer information, and track sales activities using CRM software.
Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both inbound callers and walk-in customers.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and handle any complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or High school diploma is required.
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or related fields in a retail or telecommunications environment is advantageous.
  • Training in sales techniques, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
  • Customer-focused mind set and ability to emphasize and resolve customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills.
