On behalf of our client in the telecom industry, we are looking for competent, skilled and experienced Sales Support Executive to work in Uganda.
Job Purpose: Responsible with provision of administrative and operational support to the airtel money sales team. The position holder should also be able to handle customer inquiries and give timely support.
The job holder should act as a vital link between the sales team and other departments ensuring proper coordination and support to the field sales team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the sales team through receipt and verification of files and other documents shared. This includes working closely with other departments to ensure timely account creation.
- Customer support. Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues and ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with the sales and customer service teams.
- Managing and updating of sales databases, CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare daily, monthly and periodic reports capturing sales information to guide the business on decisions
- Oversee commission and retainer payment to the sales team.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations regarding customer support.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Degree of Business Administration or any equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience with a telecom, Internet Service Providers.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite with emphasis in Excel
- Strong computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong personal character and ethics
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build collaboration to work through problems and build tenable solutions with the team
- Operates transparently
- Builds and maintains trust with people in the workplace
