Job Overview.
This role involves building relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the fast-paced and innovative FinTech space that is shaping the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Tanzania Fintech Industry.
- Understand Payment Gateway Service and Regulatory requirements.
- Understand the online payment collections and payouts.
- Strong understanding of company products and services
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
- Develop and present proposals, pitches and presentations to potential clients to showcase our products/services and value proposition.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marquee clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the needs of clients and align with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Willing to do grass root merchant onboarding.
- Ensure signed up merchant transacts.
- Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as required by the organization.
- Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing)
- Experience: 3-4 years of similar or related work experience, specifically in Fintech industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Communication Skills: Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in Fintech is an added advantage.
