Job Overview.
This role involves establishing project plans, tasks, resources, and collection of data to execute and optimize palm oil project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to integrate design of agronomical, mill and facilities of palm project management.
- Coordinate and lead the team and suppliers to guarantee the palm oil project execution.
- Responsible for qualifying technically suppliers of Mills, facilities and industrial equipment ensuring the Palm oil project activities run smooth.
- Manage locally all the contracts for Palm oil project execution.
- Support collection of data for drainage, irrigation and facilities.
- Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required by the organization.
- Education: Bachelor Degree in the related field. Masters will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 4 - 5 years of similar or related work experience, specifically in project operations (with a focus on palm oil processing).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use logical or scientific thinking to solve complex problems involving several abstract and concrete variables.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of working effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
