Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of one of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Sales Representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Execution: Execute sales strategies developed by the Business Development Manager to drive platform adoption and revenue growth.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients, showcasing the value of our CaaS platform and addressing their communication needs.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and understanding their evolving requirements.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and participate in performance reviews.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology or communication services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with the Tanzanian market is a plus.
