Job Purpose:
- Developing sales pitches to sell company’s products and services.
- To drive sales and revenue growth for the organization.
Reporting: Sales Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Acquisition and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure successful deal closures while maximizing value for the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and address their needs effectively.
- Ensures resolution of customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the product and service offered.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Manage and achieve sales revenue targets.
- Provide the relevant sales reports as may be needed from time to time by sales manager.
- Reporting customers concerns on the company’s product for improvements.
- Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
- Promote ethical conduct and maintain the company's reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, marketing, or a related field
- Professional Sales Certifications such as CPSA or equivalent are highly regarded.
- 2-4 years working experience in sales, especially handling solutions sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with a cross functional team
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to demonstrate strong commitment to managing initiatives to a successful conclusion
- Good use of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint Office suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven team environment.
