Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Kigali, Rwanda
Reports to: Director of Destination Marketing

Key responsibilities
•Develop and implement the destination brand and marketing strategy and budget
•Monitor and evaluate the success/impact of the implementation plan
•Coordinate the development and implementation of the Bureau’s brand guidelines.
•Coordinate destination marketing creation and distribution/dissemination of content, campaigns and material production (AV content, MICE guides, promotional material, brochures, newsletters, marketing packages, presentations, events bids, and display materials, case studies, international tradeshows stand and supporting collaterals, etc)

Qualifications and skills
•Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role. Or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communication or a related field with 7 years of experience in a similar role.
•Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
•In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling marketing collateral and presentations.
•Experience in managing creative teams and working with external agencies to develop marketing campaigns and materials.
•Knowledge of the MICE industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
•Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
•Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, and web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
•Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
•Knowledge of French and Kinyarwanda is an added bonus
