On behalf of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Regional Sales Manager.
Job Purpose:
- Driving Sales Metrics and conversions to ensure growth, development and execution of marketing strategies.
- On boarding and client retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of the Regional Marketing Strategy and Plans.
- Ensure achievement of Sales Revenue as per the set monthly targets.
- Drive Business Development and Customer Retention as per set targets.
- Initiate and Pursue Business leads to a successful closure.
- Assist with Marketing Campaigns and Promotions through online and offline platforms including social media, email marketing, and website content updates.
- Organize CMEs with Key Stakeholders for successful client satisfaction programs.
- Build Brand equity and Drive Consumer Demand.
- Market Research and Conversion of insights into deployable initiatives and offerings.
- Lead and hit targets on conversion metrics through Driving telehealth initiatives, projects and solutions.
- Delivery of Retail Business targets across all segments including B2C, B2B & all channels.
- At least 7+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Healthcare Industry or related sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare products, services, and the healthcare ecosystem.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills.
- Strong Agility in driving Sales Metrics & conversions.
- Knowledge on Healthcare Industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market data and trends.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in healthcare technology.
- Collaboration and Teamwork skills.
- High Ethical Judgment and Integrity.
