About this Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of one of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Business Development Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Growth: Lead the expansion of our CaaS platform in Tanzania, identifying opportunities and trends.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a high-performing team to achieve strategic goals.
- Partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships with businesses and government entities to drive platform adoption.
- Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor metrics, and optimize revenue generation.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure excellent customer service, gather feedback for product improvement, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, MBA is a plus.
- Proven business development experience, preferably in technology or mobile marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
