Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Sales Growth:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Tender Process Management:
- Oversee the entire tendering process, from identifying tender opportunities to preparing and submitting bids.
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary information and create compelling tender submissions.
- Supervision:
- Supervise the Office Management Attendant to ensure smooth daily operations and effective administrative support.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business course
- Proven 2 years’ experience in sales, with a track record of maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets in either estate management or furniture business.
- Very good interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of the tendering process, including experience in preparing and submitting bids.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
