Job duties & responsibilities:
As a country Manager, you will be leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, you will also create and execute marketing strategies to promote our products. Your role will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs.
Key responsibilities:
• Identify and assess market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the global management team to align regional strategies with corporate objectives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
• Conduct product presentations, workshops, and educational sessions for healthcare providers to enhance
• their understanding of our products benefits.
• Attend medical conferences to network with key opinion leaders and stay updated on industry trends.
• Keep healthcare professionals updated on the latest research, guidelines, and developments in infant
• nutrition.
• Provide feedback to the medical marketing team on market trends, competitor activities, and customer
• needs.
• Collaborate with the medical marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and other
• resources to support sales efforts.
• Address inquiries from healthcare professionals regarding the company's products, ensuring excellent
• customer service.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
Work experience
• Over 7 years as a medical representative, with prior experience in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the infant formula and / or pharmaceutical industry is highly recommended.

Academic Background:
Bachelor’s degree in medicine or pharmacy
